Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. However, due to the nature of our business, the following cancellation and refund policy applies: - Cancellations made 14 days or less before the date of arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total booking amount. - Cancellations made between 15 and 21 days before arrival will result in 50% forfeiture of the deposit paid. - Cancellations made between 22 and 30 days before arrival will result in 25% forfeiture of the deposit paid. - Refunds do not apply to single-night bookings (non-refundable).
